Shape Media is a graduate focused media recruitment company operating to provide the highest level of service to both clients and candidates. Shape Media was established by Ellie White in February 2006, after a successful five years working for other established recruitment businesses in London where she specialised in the placement of graduates into the media industry.

At the beginning of 2009, Ellie took an opportunity to live in Sydney Australia where she spent 3 years working in the Australian media industry, joining a digital media training and placement company and also helping establish a new media recruitment business, before returning to London in 2012 and re-launching Shape Media.
