You will be joining a performance based digital agency that specialise in delivering return on investment through eCommerce and online marketing.  Focussing on eCommerce they deliver mobile commerce, SEO, paid search, behavioural targeting and email marketing solutions all tailored towards delivering excellent online experiences and conversion optimisation for their clients.

As the Sales Professional/Business Development Manager you will be situated at the very forefront of their expansion, proactively targeting owners and directors of SME’s.  You will work closely with the senior management team implementing growth initiatives and leading the sales line.

Nurturing and managing a pipeline of sales leads that are developed both internally and gathered through your own activity you will have a big impact on the business and will be involved in every element of the sales process.  From the initial cold approach through to delivering winning proposals/presentations at the final pitch stage you will play an instrumental role in selling ecommerce, web design and online marketing/SEO services.

To qualify:  You should be a proactive, business development / B2B sales professional with experience of and skills that match the following:

  • A natural ability to close sales via own generated leads and supplied leads, by phone, email or meeting.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience in proposal creation.
  • Confidence in meeting with potential clients in the region and nationally.
  • Experience or strong appreciation of all things digital would be advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a creative, proactive and analytical approach.
  • Ability to network and nurture leads.
  • Highly motivated to meet/ exceed targets and excel.
  • Must be hard-working, competitive and passionate to provide the best service for our clients.

This role is ideally suited to a confident Sales Person who wishes to make their next move into Business Development and looking to make a real impact for themselves and the business and reap the rewards that this brings.  The successful candidate should ideally come from a background that brings experience in building client relationships and developing new accounts.
