Broadcast Business Director
This is role where you will be managing and developing the investment/buying team. You will have a significant amount of client contact as well as managing a large team. This is a broadcast department which means you will also be responsible for all cinema and radio planning and buying so you will not be just limited by providing the 'TV solution'. TV buying is a key focus but this job will also be about developing and maintaining excellent relations with both the clients and internal and external teams/agencies, therefore you will be expected to manage and develop a knowledge across print, digital, radio and outdoor. There is significant client contact and a massive degree of autonomy.
You will have been working in an agency with experience buying TV. You can be a TV manager in a media agency or an existing account director in a media agency. You need to have established contacts, relationships with media owners and have a history of client management. You need to have extensive broadcast expertise and be comfortable presenting to senior members of the marketing teams. You will need man-management experience. You should have a full understanding and experience of the auditing process and the management of price delivery.
