Our Client is a national commercial property consultancy with 27 offices located across the UK and Ireland. They deliver transactional and consultancy real estate services to both the private and public sectors, in industries as diverse as banking, finance, telecoms, retail and transport.

The Position:

An exciting position has arisen for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for supporting your manager through the full mix of marketing & communications activities.

Some of your key objectives will include:

Event production

* Planning and delivering various types of events, including client led seminars, corporate hospitality and internal briefings
* Negotiating with suppliers
* Management of budgets
* Evaluating events for their effectiveness and ROI

Marketing communications

* Co-ordinating and creating digital marketing campaigns
* Website and intranet content publishing
* Managing the production and roll-out of marketing collateral to generate new business within identified target sectors
* Development of PowerPoint presentations for business development opportunities
* Evaluating marketing campaigns for their effectiveness and ROI
* Quarterly review and updating target and client databases
* Tracking and recording marketing's expenditure
* Compilation of key boasts stats for the business
* Maintenance and distribution of marketing calendar

Public Relations

* Production of press releases, viewpoints, case studies and their effective distribution
* Compiling and distribute forthcoming features lists and considering suitable comment for
inclusion
* Identification of opportunities for stakeholders in the business to raise their profile in key
publications
* Media monitoring and completion of quarterly PR analysis
* Monitoring competitor activity

The Successful Applicant:

To be successful in this role, you will have a keen interest or knowledge of commercial property and have worked within a professional services environment.

You will be a confident and strong communicator and have experience in managing stakeholders across different levels of seniority.

Furthermore, you will be an excellent project manager and skilled in digital marketing, web content publishing and social media.
