The Role

As Head of Integrated Planning at this top media agency you will make sure the whole agency is using the correct Integrated planning processes to deliver really innovative and effective work. This is also a great role in terms of industry exposure, you will be agency's 'UK face of Integrated planning' internally and around the network. You will organise workshops, offer advice to planners of all levels and ensure the agency delivers award winning work. This will take up around 50% of your time. The remaining 50% of your time will be working on a couple of core clients, ensuring the integration of new services (e.g. social, mobile, data, gaming, etc) and facilitating improved usage of available insight materials. In short, you will be a trusted partner for senior clients becoming the first port of call when they have a question around any aspect of communications.

Your profile

You will be highly experienced (at least 8 years) in either a strategic role or be a senior planner. You should be entrepreneurial, creative and will need to be happy to take ownership of projects and to actively seek out and build solutions. Understanding how planning works in media agencies is crucial to this role and you will you will also be comfortable in your ability to help clients and planners improve their skills in these areas. Finally, you will be digitally orientated and be adapt at building solutions that have digital at their heart.
