Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus (depending on experience; open to negotiations)

You will be at the forefront of intelligent next generation kids' intelligence and will be involved in working on projects of all sizes with cutting edge methodologies.
*Kids/Youth Commercial Research / Insight Specialist - you must have a genuine passion for this sector & commercial research experience gained ideally within a research agency
*You are already working as a Research Manager and ready to step to AD's shoes or are an experienced AD looking for a next move
*You MUST be familiar with QUALITIATIVE research methodologies (both traditional & innovative methods)
*Knowledge of Quant will always be an advantage
*You've ideally worked in a specialist Kids RESEARCH AGENCY or Marketing agency specialising in Youth Research / Insight
*We will also consider qualitative gurus who haven't yet had a chance to work in the next generation kids' research but who are really interested in this sector
*Well-honed qualitative skills are a MUST
*Strategic thinker with commercial focus
*Passionate about Consumer Insight, especially the kids / mums / babies / families/ young teens world
*Skilled in "cool-hunting / trend -scouting" and what it means for clients
*Interested / Experienced in TV, Music, Technology & FMCG industries.
*Clear, direct & directional in their thinking process and approach to clients
*Sincerely wants to make a difference to a client's business
We are looking for an Inquisitive mind; someone who's got passion for enquiry to all elements of research process. There will be some evening workshops involved (as it always is in the qual world) so please state if you can commit to these on your application.
