Global Advertising Technology company are looking for a Digital Operations manager to enhance the operational process between their publishers.

This is a relationship enhancing and technical role where you will be responsible for ensuring that their is accurate functionability and tagging across publisher sites.

The Role:

This role holds the responsibility for managing certifications projects end to end. Key responsibilities include…

* Establish and enhance operational relationships with top publishers.
* Ensure full delivery of certification projects.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of the certified products.
* Work with the custom development teams on new formats from concept phase to delivery.
* Manage project progress in CRM.
* Certify new sites for campaigns including reaching out for specs and to test on new properties and maintaining the site spec database.
* Providing Tier 1 support for certified format issues and manage new site requests that require certification.

Requirements:

* Experience in client facing positions (agency side, or Internet publishers service experience in the Online advertising industry)
* Excellent project management skills
* Must have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* It would be an added bonus if you had an understanding of interactive media and knowledge of emerging technologies, Basic understanding of rich media/Flash banner functions and Basic understanding of JJS and HTML
