Agency Trading Technology Platform are looking for a Head of Digital Advertising Operations to oversee all Ad operations within their RTB Platform.

As a leader in the Digital advertising RTB sector. This company have a start-up culture and work independently but in fact a subsidiary of a global Agency powerhouse. They have excellent technology and are really leading the field within this space.

The Role:

- You will be responsible for overseeing the entire Ad Ops function for the business.
- You will manage the central ad ops team, and work with the UK & International sales team to develop campaigns, and define the strategy and roadmap for all product roll outs.
- You will be part of the senior management team and be fully involved in developing new products -
- You will be responsible for both the technology and commercial side of the ad operations function.

Requirements:

- You will have at least 5 years experience within ad operations
- Experience using multiple ad serving technologies and a deep understanding of how digital media is traded.
- You will ideally have experience in RTB but if not you will certainly know how it works in theory
- You will have gravitas and a commercial mind to compliment your technology know-how
