The Role
Within an innovative and highly successful media company, reporting to the Agency Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating revenue for the company from a large agency group. 
You and your team will sell across all the company platforms (Digital, Mobile, Print, Ipad) and you will be responsible for overall revenue growth across the team.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a team of Agency Sales Executives working on the agency group
You will have the responsibility for both the personal and business development of your team.  This will require coaching and the use of bespoke training
You will develop and deliver a plan with your team for growing business for each of the agencies in your group
You will be responsible for developing long term strategic partnerships with key customers within your agency set, working with the Creative Solutions Manager to deliver compelling solutions
Across your agency group you will own the relationships at senior level within the agencies and enable the Agency Sales Director and other key company staff (Product, Marketing) gain these relationships to help you deliver growth across your agency set
You will have direct responsibility for one key agency in your team and the development of its revenues and relationship with the company
Management of any trading agreements
Budgets and forecasting will be key to your role and you will need to be able to give the Agency Sales Director good accurate revenue projections on a weekly basis
You will be comfortable with both internal and external industry data and able to use to build pitches

Skills/Experience
Proven track record in Agency sales to digital media agencies
Must have worked in an online/cross platform role and developed a network of agency contacts as well as an in-depth knowledge of the agency landscape
Strong commercial mind
Ability to communicate on multiple levels with exceptional negotiation skills
Strong relationships with agencies at a senior level including trading directors and account directors
Management experience
Understanding of budgets, forecasting and performance management
Must be motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for the industry and exceeding revenue goals
Proven record of strategic planning and delivery
