The Role:
The position requires the successful applicant to be self-motivated. To set and deliver a team sales strategy. This will include running existing Trading agreements and safely securing new ones. We expect the Business Director to willingly exceed standard sales meeting rates, as they look to passionately grow the business. A professional approach is also essential.
Key Tasks
*Be responsible for driving revenue growth through selling and managing relationships
*From planner/buyer level to Trading Directors.
*Develop new business opportunities through research, and client meetings
*Deliver highly effective and bespoke sales proposals in response to a client brief
*Generate ideas and solutions in response to a clients request or pro-actively to drive revenue
*Confidentially present the proposition and USP's at client meetings
*Day-to-day client service activities, delivering excellent service and relationship management to clients
*Achieve sales targets while maintaining margins
*Accurately maintain a sales pipe line, forecast and call cycle
*Assist in campaign planning and reporting for clients
*Financial control
*Manage a team

Your Profile:
Eager to succeed in a new sales environment, you will be confident in selling brand-orientated campaigns (ideally in the Video space) with the ability to make benefits tangible to clients. The role sits within a fast growing online marketing segment so a strong awareness of the online marketing mix is essential. You will be a strong rapport builder with a creative and confident outlook.

*Strong communication skills, articulate and ability to confidently communicate with all levels of people
*A natural rapport builder who is not afraid of socialising with clients regularly
*Enthusiastic, committed, proactive and resourceful; can be trusted to get the job done
*Strong time management and organisational skills to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines.
*Fast learner and eager to deepen knowledge and understanding of the online marketplace
*Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
*A high number of useful and relevant personal contacts and well established network (ideal but not essential)
*Enjoys their role and knows how to work hard play hard, without diluting their professionalism
*Keen attention to detail
