Reporting to the Advertising Operations Manager


The Ad Operations Executive will primarily be responsible for managing online advertising campaigns. They will use their knowledge of advertising platforms and employ thorough and accurate methods of analysis to ensure campaign performance is at its optimum level. She/he will work with the team identify opportunities to scale the business.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Campaign Management within an ad operations environment and will demonstrate the following:


·       A deep commitment to accuracy and attention to detail

·       An understanding of the digital advertising market place

·       Strong analytical & reporting skills

·       Knowledge of all third party Ad servers and Creative scripts

·       Creative Amending and techniques

·       Flash action script & JavaScript amendment

·       Strong customer focus and professionalism with strong communication and presentation skills

·       Work closely with sales, publishing and technical teams to create custom targeting solutions and strategic insights with key advertisers.

·       Build and analyze large data sets and be able to present and interpret its interdependency or correlations and provide strategic insights to clients

·       Build and maintain strong business relationship with advertisers by giving value-added custom advertising solutions.

·       Address or handle client's enquiries, provide detailed solutions or coach clients/stakeholders to get issue resolved.

Person Specification

  • Educated to Degree level, preferably in Mathematics/Science/Statistics/Marketing discipline
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience within Campaign Management (from either a Network Publisher or Agency)

·       Detailed Knowledge and experience using a recognised ad serving system such as DART

·       Proficient user of Excel

  • Exemplary communication & presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen is a must
  • Can demonstrate a high level of confidence with senior management or clients
  • Analytical, attentive to detail and strong numerical sense
  • Proactive, enabler, strong accountability of work deliverables and high level of integrity
  • Positive can-do attitude
