As Account Manager you will report directly to the VP for EMEA, and the ideal candidate will be a passionate and entrepreneurial self-starter who understands the value of mobile in the advertising ecosystem, particularly with mobile operators, brands, large publishers and agencies. You should be able to leverage relationships with media buyers and have a good understanding of supply & demand. Good organisation and a proven track record for delivering tangible results are equally important.

The key responsibilities include:

-Support the VP with day to day business activities and senior level client interaction across the EMEA region
-Accountable for front line support including day-to-day customer relationship management, execution, on boarding, training and fulfillment of new & existing deployments
-Understand, effectively communicate, and teach the company’s value proposition, technology, and marketplace relationships as relates to day-to-day management and growth of current and prospective client accounts
-Constantly monitor and improve customer satisfaction as it relates to the management, execution, implementation and fulfillment processes
-Maintain an ongoing high-level understanding of industry trends within the mobile marketing and advertising space
-Foster a solutions-oriented culture teaching the ability to balance the need of the customer while maintaining business objectives
-With a focus on client relationships and driving revenue generation, the ideal candidate should be willing to assist and support the rest of the team with the day-to-day management of accounts as and when necessary, including, but not limited to, trafficking, analytics and campaign optimisation

The qualities we’re looking for include:

-A minimum of three years experience working in the media, telecommunications, or technology space
-A proven track record of achievements against objectives and targets
-Understanding of the advertising landscape, mobile media systems, mobile operator technologies and the associated ecosystems
-Ability to manage pre-sales and deployment processes including client presentations, product demonstrations, RFP process, and support for product and technical issue, ensuring a successful delivery and continuity of service
-Ability to assist in the management of brand and agency mobile marketing campaigns
-Expert level written and verbal communication skills
-Strong decision making ability and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel occasionally
-Fluent in English and German
