We are a young and rapidly growing conference company, headquartered at London Bridge, with five international offices. We are looking for a Sponsorship Account Manager with at least 3 years sales experience and a proven track record of selling, preferably within the events/conference sector. If you would like the opportunity to work in a company that is going places and you can sell, this could be the position for you. As evidence of the rapid growth and the boundless opportunities at ACI, two former London-based employees have opened up their own international offices in the past year and now run their own sales and marketing teams. You would be selling sponsorship across our portfolio of events in the maritime and energy sectors, and you could have your own department within 18 months.

The job will entail a mixture of new business and account management and we’d expect you to hit the ground running.

Here’s the really good part - the commission is uncapped and the commission rates are as follows: all sales are paid at 8.5%. Once you hit your monthly target, then all sales including sales below the target are paid at 12.5%. There are further monthly bonuses on top, and once you are a manager, you will earn a generous override on your team.

The successful candidate will be:
Financially motivated and entrepreneurial in outlook
A proven track record in business-to-business sales at a senior level
Able to close a sale, but also able to effectively manage their clients and build the relationship for years to come
Comfortable talking to extremely senior people and generally gifted with good communication skills – strong media sales skills?
Punctual and smart

The successful candidate may also have:
Experience at selling event sponsorship
A second language
