We’re looking for a confident and outgoing person from a telemarketing or ad sales background to identify opportunities and build new business relationships on behalf of Filmbank – an exciting joint venture between Warner Bros. and Sony Pictures.
The business licences films and TV programmes to many organisations and groups including schools, churches, train companies, hotels, hospitals and other ‘out of home’ venues. We represent many major Hollywood and independent film and TV studios in over 40 international territories.
In your role as Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating revenue for Filmbank’s licences by placing outbound sales calls, including cold-calling and closing deals. It’s a highly target-driven environment, so you’ll need to be able to handle a significant volume of calls and work under pressure to stringent deadlines and targets.
You will also deal with inbound customer queries and keep accurate records of your work. You will need to be highly motivated with great communication skills, a positive attitude and work well under pressure. Excellent numerical skills are essential, along with the ability to use Excel proficiently. Just as important, however, will be your persuasive personality and natural sales ability gained in a B2B or media environment.
