Experience in a similar role is essential as well as a thorough understanding of the workings of an agency and the current issues in the world of mutichannel marketing.

Experience:
You must have fulfilled a similar role in an agency or being a senior member of a new business team and ready for a move up into the driving seat. You will need to be skilled at all aspects of new business development and have a demonstrable track record of success.
