My client is a forward thinking B2B Publisher with a healthy portfolio of Magazines, Websites and Events.
They are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to cover a territory within the UK selling across the full portfolio.
This is a traditional Media Sales role, visiting clients on a weekly basis (on the road 2/3 days per week) building close working relationships with the client base. Although the portfolio has a high amount of repeat business, its also vital that the ideal candidate builds new accounts.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work to deadlines and should have a proven background in both print and online media sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, self-motivated and results-oriented achiever
Face-to- face key account sales experience is required. The position requires regular travel outside of the office to meet clients within the territory, as well as attending industry trade shows and events and occasional evening industry networking events. There will therefore be a number of overnight stays expected.
In order to qualify for the role candidates must have solid B2B publishing experience (client facing) selling Print and Online (events not essential but desirable)
In return a basic of up to £33,500 , company car or allowance + a genuine OTE of £50,000. (achieved in the last 12 months)
