Head of Digital Product will be a new media technologist who will drive Adstream’s integrated digital product strategy and technical roadma for Adstream’s cutting edge advertising technology.
This role is responsible for working with key stakeholders to define the vision of digital distribution tools for Adstream, ensuring they fit with the current technology plan. They will be required to work closely with print and broadcast specialists to help converge creative, production and delivery workflow's for agencies, brands and production companies.
Working as part of the Global Product Strategy team you will integrate the necessary elements of the digital product suite into the AdBank Product offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client interaction with each Adstream product to define the strategy of interfacing and ` of digital capabilities with other Adstream products
- Work closely with various clients to develop and implement strategies to engage and increase revenue and to define their integration needs
- Detail the requirements of the Digital Products required to be integrated with AdBank
- Apply theories and with an understanding of cause and effect when analysing a complex process, situation or issue
- Perform analysis of competitive products to develop the Adstream integration strategy
- Deliver requirements documentation to the development team with prioritized features and corresponding justification and revenue expectations (3years)
- Brief and train the sales force on the digital elements within AdBank

Undertake such other duties to support other team members, i.e. training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the level of responsibility
PERSON SPECIFICATION

Specialist Knowledge\Experience
- Exceptional track record in working in the online/digital/mobile advertising space and have a clear understanding of the production and delivery in this area
- Experience in the field of Digital Media solutions
- Solid work experience in the software as a solution business
- Demonstrated success at defining and launching excellent products
- Specific experience in developing or contributing to development of software products in the advertising sector and/or digital media platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good leadership ability, in particular:
- Achieving consensus amongst key stakeholders on an agreed roadmap
- Working with cross-functional teams to deliver against the agreed roadmap
- Ability to quickly build credible good relationships with managers, staff and external customers
- Must be a confident communicator with good written and oral communication
