Account Manager - Victoria - £35-40k + com

Our client is the UK's largest out of home (OOH) experiential media provider, managing a network of over 3,000 retail, leisure and travel venues.

Their destinations provide the opportunity for brands, promoters & retailers to engage with receptive consumers in a buying frame of mind across a national network of retail, leisure and travel environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-              Sell our service and our experiential media solutions to brands

-              Manage key client relationships with allocated agencies on a daily basis

-              Proactively seek out new business

-              Pitch all formats to clients

-              Respond to all client briefs within 24 hours, giving accurate, detailed and relevant   information

-              Make and attend 5 agency meetings per week

-              Make and attend 1 client direct meeting per month

-              Displaying knowledge of allocated client categories and evidence of targeting them

-              Collate and keep accurate costing sheets for clients

-              Update non-ex tracker daily and monitor GP on non exclusive venues

-              Update the CRM system on a daily basis to monitor pipeline

-              Work with the team to ensure all inbound enquiries are responded to in a timely manner

                KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-              Need to have / develop an excellent knowledge of all of our venues and offerings.

-              Ensure good ongoing working relations with venues and third parties

-              Reporting of weekly pipeline to your line manager

-              Reporting of venues pipeline on an individual basis for weekly reports sent to the venues

-              Ensure that you are aware of progress to team target and actively contributing

 towards it.

TECHNICAL PROFILE:

-              Experience in experiential marketing is beneficial

-              Experience of managing key client relationships

-              Good written and verbal communication skills

-              Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

-              Good negotiation skills

-              Ability to self motivate and achieve personal and team targets

-              Ability to work as part of a team and as individual

-              Ability to resolve issues in a calm and professional manner

-              Excellent attention to detail and ability to send accurate costs to client

-              Good computer skills especially in relation to Excel.
