
Our client is a spread betting company in London and they are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. They are looking for someone who can manage and drive their digital marketing activity across multiple channels. You will be working on a multi-million pound marketing budget so lots of opportunity to be creative!
Day to day responsibilities -
- Implementing digital marketing strategy across all channels such as mobile, tablets, desktop websites etc)
- Handled of budgets
- Deliver monthly and annual new client recruitment targets by digital channel
- Report on web analytics and other data to provide insight into traffic patterns
- Content & Social Media management which will include implementing content strategy
- Work very closely with the company's external agencies
- Develop, implement, manage and optimise a Social Media strategy utilising mix of in-house and outsourced resources
- Search Engine Marketing - Managing relationships with external paid search (PPC) and SEO agencies
- Make sure that all websites are continually optimised for search engines
- Analyse and report on search performance
- Display Advertising & Affiliate Marketing
- Working closely with creative team
- Billing and authorising all online marketing invoicing
This is a wide-ranging role which has responsibility for developing, executing and refining the digital marketing strategy across all channels including budget expenditure and tracking return on investment.
Experience needed -
- Experience with data analysis
- Problem solving, collation and interpretation of data
- Experience in digital project management
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality
- Enthusiastic and motivated to drive performance improvements
- Team player who gets the most from others
- Ad serving technologies (preferably DART DFA; DSPs, ad exchanges, etc)
- Internet tracking solutions (URL and cookie based)
- Web analytics (preferably Google Analytics)
- Google Adwords and PPC optimisation
- Search engine optimisation techniques (onsite and offsite)
- Ideally you will also have an understanding of web technologies (HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, Flash, etc)
- Betting background would be ideal - knowledge of the betting market and regulatory landscape
