You will be working for a well-established, independent, forward thinking b2b publishing company with products that are number one in their markets. The company publishes magazines, holds a variety of websites and also specialises in conferences, awards and exhibitions.
The key tasks of the Marketing Manager include:
Responsible for working across one exhibition.
Devising, implementing and executing the marketing campaign for each event, attracting core and non-core visitors.
Writing and executing clear marketing plans including advertising, direct mail, online and email marketing.
Creating realistic and achievable budgets for each marketing campaign.
Writing and scheduling promotional e-shots and managing the events website.
Key attributes of the Marketing Manager include:
Proven success in developing and managing exhibitions, marketing and promotional campaigns.
Ability of manage budgets, reconcile invoices and control costs tightly.
Have a full range of marketing skills, including copywriting, ability to brief and control, design and print, direct marketing campaigns and trade advertising.
