You will be joining the media agency that everyone wants to work for at the moment. The agency has a prestigious list of global clients and is award winning in its digital strategy and delivery. This is a pivotal hire for the agency. You'll be working on of the agency's most important client; one of the world's leading manufacturers of quality skin care, fragrance and hair care products.
Traditionally print has been used as the mainstay of the client's media mix however digital has become, and is continuing to be, the main way the client interacts with consumers. The agency has recently done some great work in social and mobile and works within the wider display platform on a continual basis.
As Account Director your core role will be to continue the journey, helping to educate the client as to how digital can be used effectively to reach consumers and ultimately build brand awareness and sell product. You will develop cutting edge digital strategies and ensure they are properly implemented in order to secure a real competitive advantage for the client.
You will work closely with other Account Directors in a fully integrated team on the individual brands to develop digital strategies that are integrated with the wider communications plans for each brand. You will manage a team of five, monitoring and motivating so that excellent work is produced on a continual basis.

To secure this great opportunity you will need to have:
A true passion for digital media
Solid experience in developing cross platform digital strategies
Experience in managing a team to ensure the implementation of campaigns
A strategic approach to client briefs with an open and inquisitive mind. Someone who can use digital media in creative and innovative ways
Exceptional client handling skills as you will be seen as a digital ambassador for the agency
A team player is essential for this role as you will be guiding the training and development of juniors while dealing with internal stakeholders on a daily basis
Knowledge and experience in system tools such as Mediamind, Comscore, Doubleclick, TGI etc
