This top 5 media agency are currently looking to recruit a Digital Account Director to join a team of leading professionals that are specialised in the area of real-time bidding. This agency have already taken the lead within this area, and are looking to grow their team to enable them to meet their clients` needs and demands at all times.

As a Digital Account Director you will be at the forefront of all new campaigns-thinking of new ways to increase revenue for your clients. You will enjoy all things digital and have a real passion for the industry and your clients alike. You will be a doer and a logical thinker who has great problem solving skills and outstanding attention to details.

Skills and Key Responsibilities required for the Digital Account Manager:
- Previous experience within a similar role (Search, Display, RTB)
- Degree in a related field or relevant experience is a must
- Strong analytical individual with a passion for numbers
- Commercially aware and displays gravitas
- Forward thinking and have an understanding of new and emerging platforms
- Real passion for the industry is a must
- Great time management skills
- Previous management of a team within a media agency or media owner within a similar field
- Drive to succeed and get results for your clients
