£80000 - £120000 per annum + BIG BONUS + STOCK
As VP of Creative Solutions you will be the driving force in developing and overseeing multi-million pound content based creative solutions for some of the largest advertisers in the world. These could range from video focussed ad-funded programming to big budget sponsorship packages.
The role on offer is extremely senior and demands someone from either a media, creative or integrated agency. Your role will encompass all aspects of the process from developing "the big idea" and overarching strategy to dealing with CMO level clients. You will play a key role in ensuring frameworks are put in place to roll out projects to an exceptionally high standard.

It works with the world's leading content owners, publishers and marketers to maximize the impact and reach of their digital video, providing them with the software, technology and expertise to grow their business. It provides an end to end service that enables video content to be distributed and monetized efficiently and transparently across all major platforms. It has a global presence, a client list that is out if this world and huge expansion plans for 2013 - Now is the perfect time to take on this high profile and senior role!
Extensive marketing experience working either at a creative agency, media / digital agency or client side at a major advertiser - preferably more than one of these
Senior level candidate who has closed / managed significant deals (£1m to £10m+)
Extremely well connected individual with industry-wide, senior level contacts across digital platforms, broadcasters, production companies, film studios, music labels, marketing directors, advertisers & agencies
Thorough understanding of brand strategy and motivations of a brands at a sector level
Proven track record in pitching and executing large, award-winning fully integrated cross platform marketing campaigns
Full understanding of, and proven track record in, branded content development, financing, production & distribution
Experience of developing and driving complex sponsorship campaigns for major brands
Deep understanding of the digital landscape, market drivers, gaps and opportunities
Deep understanding of the content lifecycle (development, production, distribution, reporting, settlement)
Experience with live events, working with talent agencies and developing programming around talent
Experience of developing and producing Original Programming for digital platforms and brands
Proven ability to obtain content-led digital/cross-platform marketing campaign briefs from Media and Creative agencies and Brands direct
