As an integral part of the expansion plan we are now looking for an Internal Sales Manager/ Inside Manager who can make an immediate impact to the business.
Internal Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager – Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly energetic, experienced and professional Internal Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager /Telesales Manager to manage and grow one of the teams.
The role includes:
- Managing and motivating an internal sales team to achieve high performance
- To manage, coach and mentor existing and newly recruited internal sales executives
- Working closely with external sales team to progress opportunities
- To work to clear KPI’s and metrics to measure success
Internal Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager– Background / Requirements
We are looking for a highly energetic, resilient and entrepreneurial individual with:
§ Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role in a B2B or B2C environment
§ Experience of running an internal sales team / telesales team
§ The ability to show a track record of consistently over delivering on team targets through team performance in a previous position
§ Experience of change management would be beneficial – there are ambitious growth plans!
§ Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
§ Excellent commercial skills and business acumen
§ Experience of setting KPI’s and proven record of improving sales conversion rates
