Working directly with recruitment consultancies, you will be working with and fulfilling your consultancies objectives by offering them creative long term solutions both on and offline in order for them to recruit the best talent in the marketplace for their clients. You will also build up the strongest relationships with your clients so they see you as a trustworthy, valuable partner that they can turn to for advice about the sector/marketplace.
The solutions you offer your client can go above and beyond that of a standard rate card and this role really allows you to think creatively in terms of how you can help your clients fulfill their objectives.Outside of the box thinking and innovation is key!
You will work as part of a team but also take responsibility and initiative to grow and maximise recruitment consultancy revenue by treating your client base as your ‘own business’ and therefore contributing to the performance of the magazine and website as a whole.
This role is a real mix of maintaining and maximising existing consultancy revenue by keeping on top of all your contracted business and renewing contracts at the highest yields whilst also going after new consultancy business to win new revenues for the brand.
You will be required to have effective coverage of your client base by consistently achieving a high level of output & achieving your personal KPI targets through both telephone communication and face to face contact.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous sales experience ideally from a publishingbackground
- Be a strong negotiator who is not afraid to increaseexisting contracts through justification and stick to their guns
- Be an organised individual that can keep on top of existingcontracts and ensure these are renewed on time
- Be an ambitious, determined go-getter who will persist toget new business on board
- Be a personable, consultative individual who is effective atrapport building and forging strong relationships
