Our client a leading marketing agency is fanatical about sales focussed marketing that delivers tangible sales results.

As a company, they are leading the development of business to business marketing globally and their clients rely increasing on their knowledge, ideas and delivery.   Their clients are among the most experienced and sophisticated marketers’ in the IT and services industry.  They look to our client to deliver integration marketing programmes that really make a difference to their business results.

In the last 12 months our client’s growth has been unbelievable up 25% as they continue to expand at home and overseas.  Due to this they are looking to hire talented ambitious people to help realise their vision!

The successful candidate will come from one of the following backgrounds

·         Telemarketing Agency

·         Brand Marketing Agency

·         Ad Agency

·         Marketing Agency/Consultancy

On a day to day basis you will be expected to:-

·         Own day to day relationships with clients including marketing guidance and consultancy

·         Ensure the effective delivery of client programmes to target time and budget.

·         Develop excellent in-depth strategic understanding of clients’ objectives own development and delivery of plans to meet them.

·         Scope, estimate and develop plans to deliver demonstrable sales results and return on marketing investment.

·         Identify issues in campaign delivery or effectiveness and make recommendations to objectives for the next 12 months.

Skills and experience required

·         Evidence of developing and delivering commercially successful marketing strategies

·         Experience of leading and motivating a team including managing performance, motivating and overseeing workloads

·         Demonstrable experience of meeting challenges presented by B2B marketing with complex sales cycle/proposition
