This is a wonderful opportunity to work for one of the nicest agencies in the business. You will be working at one of London`s most prestigious independent media agencies as a Strategic Planner. Working with fast planning cycles you will be charged with producing cutting edge comms plans that deliver against your clients` business objectives. Your clients are in a very competitive market so innovation and continuous development of planning strategy is a must. This role offers a real challenge and will allow you to further develop your planning skills to a very advanced level.

As a Strategic Planner you will be expected to join client meetings and present your comms plans to senior marketers, showing your rationale behind media channel selection. You will be reporting to a Group Planning Manager and will be assisting them in insight gathering and analysis, client brief taking, strategy formulation, producing plans and supporting the team members below you.

To secure this great opportunity you will have a very strong comms planning skills / experience. You will need a strong knowledge of desktop research and planning tools including Telmar, DDS, Touchpoints and AdDynamix. You will need to be inquisitive, proactive, and highly-organised with an exceptional eye for detail. You will also need to be hugely ambitious and work well under pressure. This opportunity demands someone who really cares about their career and wants to become an absolute top comms planning professional.

The right candidate must have

- A genuine passion for the entertainment industry.
- Solid comms planning experience and ability to develop strategy.
- Strong knowledge of desktop research and planning tools (e.g. Telmar, DDS, Touchpoints AdDynamix).
- An ability to analyse research and identify key insights.
- A sound understanding of all media and emerging media opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident presentation skills, both internally and to clients.
- In depth TV planning knowledge.
- Strong interest in digital and new media.
- Self starter unafraid of using own initiative and challenging briefs and clients.
