My client is a major player in the online video market and has grown massively over the last few years. It's in a superb place and is one of the best digital companies to work for at the moment. It's already one of the leading online video businesses in Europe due to the development of cutting edge technology, rapid video industry growth and continued expansion in to new markets.

It specialises in online video and digital advertising, enabling the most prestigious and largest global brands to distribute video content through its growing network of unique websites worldwide.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK Sales Team running a stellar agency patch, supported by an Account Manager and Campaign Manager. You will set and deliver a team sales strategy which will include running existing trading agreements and securing new ones. You will work hands on improving service and quality for the company's key media agencies.


Be responsible for driving revenue growth through selling and managing relationships from planner/buyer level to Trading Directors
Develop new business opportunities through research, and client meetings; deliver highly effective and bespoke sales proposals in response to a client brief; generate ideas and solutions in response to a clients request or pro-actively to drive revenue; confidentially present the proposition and USP's at client meetings
Day-to-day client service activities, delivering excellent service and relationship management to clients
Accurately maintain a sales pipe line, forecast and call cycle
Assist in campaign planning and reporting for clients
Manage a team


You'll be confident selling brand-orientated campaigns (ideally in the Video space) with the ability to make benefits tangible to clients
Strong media agency contacts
Strong communication skills, articulate and ability to confidently communicate with all levels of people
A natural rapport builder who is not afraid of socializing with clients regularly
Strong time management and organisational skills to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines.
Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
