STUNNING VIDEO SALES ROLE - ACCOUNT DIRECTOR!

London (Central), London (Greater) £50000 - £60000 per annum + UNCAPPED COMMS

This world leading video and contextual advertising network is searching for the best of the best in digital sales executives to join the team as a Sales Account Director. The company gives marketers the opportunity to deliver highly targeted, user-initiated ads within the text of premium web content.

With offices around the world it dynamically delivers video and display advertising within and alongside contextually relevant articles; communicating with internet users in the smartest way possible and delivering fantastic results.

As Sales AD you will be responsible for the revenue generation of a stellar group of media agencies, working closely with your clients to plan, buy, deliver and optimise in-text and display campaigns. You will be dealing with senior agency clients so will need the gravitas to sell, negotiate and develop exceptional relationships. You will also be responsible for manage two senior account executives and one account executive.

To secure this outstanding opportunity you need to be an exceptional revenue generator with a track record in online sales and people management. You will be driven, analytical, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a persuasive nature when dealing with clients. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are a must.

The successful candidate will have proven experience and skills in the following areas:

Minimum of five year's media experience, preferably in online advertising sales
Excellent understanding of the UK digital advertising community
A quality contact base within the online advertising community
Ability to review and improve processes within the sales function and collaborative teams
Extensive knowledge of excel, utilisation of Business Intelligence and managing margins
Develop agency strategies to maximise long-term revenue for direct team
