TSL Education Limited is currently recruiting for an Account Manager (Online) to join our Display Sales team to promote our online and web advertising products to a global audience.
We are a market leading provider for the education profession with an award winning website that has the largest network of teaching professionals in the world with over 2 million members from almost 200 different countries. The TES and THE are pre-eminent publications within the global education market.
You will be an experienced and commercially driven individual that has the ability to generate new business and develop existing accounts by responding to and following up sales enquiries by phone, email and client visits. We are looking for somebody that can be creative in cross-portfolio marketing solutions and execution; and ultimately convert these skills into exceptional sales performance.
You will be responsible for targeting relevant client’s sponsorship of premium content within the portfolio of our products; developing relationships with direct clients and agencies across an existing client base; and generating revenue from new clients.
Whilst maintaining a tenacious approach to target achievement, you will remain tactful and sensitive to client needs and expectations. You will be expected to regularly and accurately forecast revenue achievement, research, develop and record all sales leads whilst keeping aware of competitor activity.
You will be encouraged to increase revenue across the growing portfolio by targeting relevant clients for online advertising. Further, you will be a consultative salesperson with a deep seated knowledge and understanding of the sales process and have relevant experience within a major media organisation (whether B2B or national press) working across a range of online products. With strong negotiation and communication skills; you will secure solid campaign rates, in line with rate and yield guidelines.
