My client is part of the biggest media agency network in the world. With offices across the globe and big budget clients under their belt, they are looking for a Planner Buyer to lead all the DR campaign activity for a leading travel client.
Your role will include working directly with the Digital Account Director and Digital Manager to plan all the digital channels (especially display, content and affiliates) to drive the brand recognition forwards. You will work with 3rd party affiliate networks and search specialists as well as internal departments within the agency so this is a hugely strategic role.
This isn't a sit at home and put your feet up type of role. From the outset you will be involved in all stages including taking the initial brief and planning the campaign to talking through the results with the client. This is a hugely client-facing role including face to face's and weekly calls so someone who is an excellent orator and is excited by this would be amazing. Another exciting thing about this role is that you will be able to work on exciting emerging media and deliver the best digital DR campaign solutions there is so much remit to have your say!
To get an interview with my client you will need the following attributes...
- Prior experience creating media plans (liaising with media owners and getting the best rates)
- DR experience
- Solid experience of affiliates and search
- Experience of display buying and targeting techniques (how to engage consumers)
- Excellent client servicing skills, a great orator!
- A passion for travel
