Position Summary:
The Head of Client Direct Sales is tasked to prospect and engage client direct contacts across UK & Europe and deliver (sell) mobile advertising & sponsorship solutions to them in accordance with agreed targets as well as managing a small but growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This role requires a Hungry, Motivated, Tenacious, pro-active and confident team player who can help clients get the most out of our services where appropriate. Leadership qualities need to be illustrated by providing digital expertise and a consultative approach to selling to brands and Content.
· Be able to build relationships with clients and work with them on a day to day basis to increase commercial revenues
· Understand and be able to communicate analytical information in spreadsheet & chart format
· Effectively & efficiently solve problems around Clients concerns
· Proactively pitch new ideas to new and existing Clients
· Create Rapport and communicate clearly with other departments within Traffic, Marketing, creative
· Preparing detailed documents for pitches and campaigns
· Champions positive change and a creative, collaborative work environment
· Manage a team of 2 and grow numbers
Job Competencies:
· Team player, while being motivated to work on their own as well
· Experience of managing/mentoring people
· Good interpersonal, communication – across different situations, professional & social as Entertainment will form part of this role
· Strong Attention to detail
· Good organizational skills
· In depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Education/ Experience:
· Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Sales environment
· University educated
