Ginger Nut Media is a fast growing advertising company based in Colchester. After a period of sustained success we are now looking to take on new staff to help manage the sales and grow with the company.
We are looking for an outgoing, confident sales person with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This will initially be a sales role developing new business, selling our services, planning media schedules and account management and moving forward will involve recruiting and managing a team of junior sales people. Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate along with a competitive salary, excellent uncapped commission prospects and opportunities for career growth.
- Proven track record of media sales, preferably with Digital experience
- Able to deliver sales training
- Accurate and prompt forecasting
- Excellent time management skills
- Motivational skills
This requires an experienced sales person with a strong back ground in media sales. Management experience is useful but we will look at CVs from anyone with good sales experience. The successful candidate will need to be able to manage their time very well as well as ensuring other team members are delivering good results. You will also need the ability to accurately forecast results and report promptly and regularly on sales figures.
