Graduate Sales Opportunity
A one of a kind opportunity to join an excellent consultative sales team based in Central London. My client, a leading conference and event producer, is looking for two graduate candidates with at least one years work experience to join their delegate sales team. This is not a “hard sell” role but a consultative sales approach that is required.
As a Delegate Sales Account Manager you will be a key factor in the New Business sales process and will play a pivotal part in the growth of the company. You will be required to make proactive sales calls from databases provided and allocated by the Global Sales manager in addition to developing your own pipeline.
You should have excellent communication skills as this role is as much about relationship and account management as it is a sales role. Experience within B2B sales is desired but not essential as full training will be provided. What my client is really looking for is candidates that are ambitious, dynamic and self motivated. Personality is key in this role along with the ability to close deals.
