The role on offer is a real mix of strategy, planning & buying and market co-ordination. You will be assisting your Account Director in all aspects of account management as well as playing a role in the definition and development of global strategy documents. You will be working with the team and other agency partners to deliver fully integrated campaigns to the regional client. Part of the role will be to plan and buy Pan European campaigns across both offline and digital platforms.
You will be working on truly international brands and there will be an element of co-ordination to the role, ensuring local markets are rolling out the over-arching strategies effectively. The clients love to be challenged and are known for their innovation and creativity. They welcome cutting edge ideas that push the boundaries of media usage and have embraced digital as part of their media mix.

Experienced in an international media agency role
Be able to demonstrate a strong strategic mind
Experience in co-ordinating agency partners across numerous markets
Exceptional client handling skills with the ability to relate to clients from different cultures in a clear and concise manner
Planning and buying experience across offline and / or digital
Knowledgeable and passionate about digital media
Ability to work under pressure and multiple deadlines
Excellent team player, with the ability to lead and motivate juniors
Mature approach to problem solving
