Role
As the Account Manager you will be responsible for two junior members of staff who, as a team, will look after a number of newly won accounts. You will be reporting directly in the Head of Media and you will be working across the display and be using internal RTB modules. You will have access to a specialist SEO, PPC and Mobile team who will all be at you disposal. You will also have the opportunity to speak with board directors about where the department is going and have in put into the direction you wish to take certain parts of the business and how you want to structure your team. You will also be speaking to the technology teams who design and build applications for digital advertising.

An Independent digital agency that is under 5 years old and already has offices in every continent. They have grown to 270 people in 2 years and will be 400 within the next 6 months.

Profile
You will come from a digital or media agency and be a digital guru! You will have a real passion for the world of digital advertising and the new technologies that are pushing it forward. You will be able to manage junior members of staff and show a flair for not just creative thinking but also be strong with numbers and use them when putting together a strategic proposal. You will also have opinions on new digital technologies and where they are taking the Online advertising world.
