Group Account Director
An exciting Group Account Director position has just become available in a fast growing, independent and global media agency specialising in the technology sector. You will be responsible for very high profile and billing accounts and for the relationship between agency and client, bringing fresh thinking, insight and creativity to the Agency's clients. You will also be responsible to lead, motivate and manage staff, making sure they are progressing in the right way and delivering the highest standards of work.
Business is great for this independent global media agency that specialises in the technology sector who have grown on year on year! They are hardworking and very professional however they have a great relaxed culture. They empower staff to manage the accounts autonomously and their are no barriers to success! You will not get as much hands on experience anywhere else!
This role requires you to be a experienced cross media candidate with excellent digital knowledge. You must come from either a digital agency or media agency. You will have great experience at strategic level, constantly thinking about the 'bigger picture'. You will have industry gravitas that commands authority, trust and respect and ideally have some exposure to the tech industry, or least genuine interest in technology. When it comes to business practises, you should be wise to how things should be done and have a good understanding of the importance of forecasting, financial rigour and different compensation needs
