The Role

As Head of Client Services you will be responsible for managing a team of Client Service Managers who assist with the onboarding of new clients, educating on the platforms capabilities and delivering reports back on campaign performances.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage a team of CSM's
*Overall strategy for client campaigns, and strategic direction of the team
*Provide regular reports to clients on campaign performances, gather data and identify trends
*Build strong relationships with your portfolio of accounts
*Grow the Client Services Division

Required Experience:

*Understanding of online advertising and RTB
*Knowledge of ad servers and associated technologies
