Account Manager

Greater London£27000 to £33000 per annum


One of the leading planning and buying media agencies is seeking an Account Manager to join their global team in London. This fantastic opportunity is a chance to work on 7 EMEA markets for the client. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the team`s client-facing activities with particular focus on integrated communication programmes that deliver business results for the client. The Role
Your main responsibility as Account Manager will be to develop and maintain your relationship with client contact by ensuring accurate and timely delivery above and beyond client`s requirements. As Account Manager, you will ensure that the quality of delivery across locally and centrally developed activity is according to agency`s standards. You will lead UK online planning and buying, whilst managing online reporting and optimisation, as well as overseeing trafficking and online campaign implementation for EMEA markets. In order to ensure excellent client service delivery, you will collaborate with client teams across the global agency network, especially developing and strengthening strong relationships with the lead team in New York. Sharing the team`s best practices and insights with clients and the agency network, you will help ensure the best in class resources. As Account Manager, you will manage the relationship with other partner agencies that work for the client, as well as attending and proactively contributing to weekly global status calls with the partner agencies and the client.

The candidate
The successful candidate will have international media agency and client-facing experience. As an ambassador for the company, you will be a real ‘people`s person`, and will have a professional manner, as you deal with multiple stakeholders and clients. Experienced in online planning and buying including display campaigns, you will also have knowledge of trafficking, reporting and optimisation. Attention to detail is vital, whilst simultaneously co-ordinating multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines. An enterprising and a proactive approach will be second nature to you as you manage and co-ordinate multiple markets. You will be highly versed in MS Office Suites and have a positive and ‘can-do` attitude. Experience in using Pan European media survey such as EMS and fluency in a European language is desirable!
