Group Head of Digital wanted for huge publishing house!

Do you have proven digital media sales experience with strong media agency contacts?

Do you want to work on a title in the travel sector?

The Company:

This new force in publishing offer well recognised and brands that are synonymous with newsstand heritage! There funky new offices bring a new way of looking at some classic titles along with some newer favourites. Personality is a big part of what they are looking for and when you see how much fun it is to work there you will see why!

The role of the Group Head includes:

- To take responsibility for all digital advertising revenue across the website as well as help drive cross media sales for the brand as a whole.
- Ensure all creative projects are accurately costed and bought in within agreed budget and profit parameters.
- Identify key client hit list for portfolio to ensure high level representation is achieved as well as be an ambassador for the brand to agencies and clients.
- To negotiate the best possible rate for each piece of business.
- To keep regular contact with current, previous and potential advertisers.
- Responsible communicating the digital strategy to the rest of the brand team and for successfully managing the implementation of this strategy by all team members to ensure budgets are hit.

- To develop a comprehensive knowledge of the market, its competitors and clients.

Key attributes of the Group Head include:

- Must have strong digital experience

- Excellent sales and presentation skills

- Travel sales experience would be an added benefit

- Ability to build strong relationships
