You will be joining one of the most prestigious media agencies in the UK, working on its most creative, big spending account. It's a real opportunity to shine! You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and buying across all media channels (traditional, digital and emerging). You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering fully integrated media strategies that not only hit client objectives but also win the agency awards.
You will be exposed to all media channels and many other important specialisms that input into the marketing function including Insight, Econometrics, Tech, Creative and Content to name a few.

You will sit in a sociable team of performance specialists who work very well together, with a constant flow of banter and laughs. This opportunity really does tick all of the boxes!


You must have a genuine interest in performance marketing and direct response. This role requires someone who wants to progress in their career. You will be supported all the way so you must be someone who loves a challenge, wants to be stretched and has a passion for media. Other requirements include:

Strong performance focussed planning & buying experience across all channels
Full understanding of planning process from briefing to reporting campaign analysis
Experience in project-managing and ability to deliver first-class post campaign analysis presentations and media proposals.
Confident and proficient in front of clients with strong communication skills
An organised approach to managing work streams, both for your own work and that from within the extended team. It is a busy role so you would need to demonstrate strong time-keeping, prioritisation and personal admin skills.
A likeable individual who can quickly strike up strong relationships with clients as well as internal colleagues and media owners.
