A typical day includes:-
- Working with the business director to contribute ideas and thoughts into planning content as well as overall strategic shape
- Collaborate with the strategy team
- Lead your team guiding and nurture them for the next great idea or innovation for your client
- Present ideas to your client immersing yourself in their business.
- Probing and challenging your client to then feed through information to your team
- Managing Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver exceptional service
- You have proven Account Director or Client Director experience
- You have brand experience within a media agency
- You think strategically, are inspirational and motivational
- You are a strong communicator with passion, flair and gravitas
