Exhibition Sales Executive - Abu Dhabi

The company

Our client is a highly diversified, business-to-business media company providing authoritative print and online publications, conferences and exhibitions, research, databases, online exchanges and information products to strategic global markets. They publish nearly 50 business-to-business magazines and newsletters, stage over 60 conferences and exhibitions on six continents, and have an extensive offering of books, maps, directories and database services.

The role

Your core responsibility is the acquisition of new customers and the development and implementation of strategies to generate sales in exhibition stands, sponsorship and digital media across 2 major shows in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include selling web and digital advertising, conference sponsorship and exhibit stand space for globally recognized products in the energy /Power and avionics sector.

Your profile

You will have around 3-5 years experience in b2b exhibition sales and ideally international within the energy & power  sector, but this is not essential. You will have the ability to operate independently and build relationships with international senior executives. You should have a polished confident sales manner able to deliver and exceed targets in a competitive market place with a passion for advertising sales and the ability to use a consultative approach. You must be able to work in your own right in the UAE with the appropriate visa (if required) and must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
