The Role

With a blue-chip roster of clients this Media Agency has been successful in integrating digital strategy into their planning process. They are now looking to enhance their capabilities by by hiring two Digital Strategists to join their Digital Strategy team. You would report directly in to the head of Digital and will act as key advisors alongside the Managing Partners. This opportunity will see you:
*Explore the developing edges of digital marketing, and bring the information back to the team
*Be the first point of call for clients' digital questions - offer solution to the challenge, not just information
*Fuse brilliant communications thinking, sound strategic approaches and a deep understanding of media practice to ensure that the agency offers their clients the best possible integrated work.
*Bring fresh ideas to clients, and sell them in persuasively
*Connect your proposals to commercial effect
*Be jointly accountable for execution, delivery and outcomes of digital campaigns
*Have a breadth of knowledge across all digital disciplines, and the wider communications landscape.
*Pinpoint where additional digital resource may be needed across the agency, and contribute to securing it
*Alongside the Head of Digital Strategy, and the rest of the senior team, bring new, crystal clear, actionable strategies to new business. You will play a prominent and inspiring role in the pitch process

Your Profile

You will have / be:

*Communications strategy gained from working in digital and the wider world of marketing; acquired over a minimum of 5 years for exceptional candidates, but typically 6-7 years
*A deep working knowledge of developments in digital, from tech giants to start-ups, from content to functionality
*Fluent in advertising technology practices (including adserving, auction-traded media, dynamic creative, ad optimisation systems).
*Highly organised, data literate, and able to multitask
