Head of Agency Sales

London (Central), London (Greater) £60 - 80,000 + uncapped commission

The Company

My client maintains the most intelligent, efficient and effective advertising platform for engaging and activating consumers across online, video, Facebook and mobile using real-time bidding. In a market exploding with data and complexity, they are able to make digital media buying intelligent, seamless and effective, giving brands the transparency and control they need. 

Utilizing a platform that is able to harness data from hundreds of millions of social interactions through its own first party products and various data partnerships they are able to deliver unique audiences and more accurate audience purchase predictions for clients, at scale. This dynamic data is constantly changing and being updated to ensure the most relevant and timely delivery of ads. 

The Role

  • Manage an experienced Agency Sales team, inspiring and leading from the front.
  • Further develop core strategic relationships with specific Agencies.
  • Work with senior management developing overall company strategy.
  • Train, recruit, mentor and further develop the already successful Agency Sales Team.
  • Be the brand ambassador for the company and further develop the company’s core presence.

The Person

  • Great understanding  of social media, social targeting, Programmatic Media Buying
  • Very sales driven.  High credibility dealing with senior people at the agencies and a strong leadership skills.
  • Someone who clearly displays a hunger toward sales and winning new business and maximising existing business.
  • Excellent agency contacts and reputation.
  • Experience managing and inspiring successful experienced digital agency sales teams.
