Account Director Planning- London- £48,000 + Benefits
The role involves working with a team, managing and running a portfolio of clients and implementing their Out of Home advertising needs.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of account handling, the overall sector and industry.
They will be a confident communicator both internally and externally to clients and media owners.
You must be able to use your own initiative to identify new ways of working with clients to improve your agencies offering while actively developing business.
You must be calm under pressure and able to resolve client or team issues as and when they arise.
The Account Director will report into a Group Account Director.
Responsibilities will include
Developing strong relationships with agency, client and media owner contacts
Presenting market updates and insight to clients and agencies
Working with Group Account Director to develop and adapt servicing to meet and exceed client and agency needs, looking for ways to proactively grow the business
Identifying potential client issues and work with manager to develop solutions
Ensure agencies planning process is being adhered to, utilising industry tools (TGI, Touchpoints2) with internal tools effectively
Performing competitive analysis and post campaign analysis
Ensuring the Account Executive in the team is delivering on deadlines
Desired Skills and Experience
Job requirements include:
- Experience of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
