Job Title; Sales Manager
An experienced multimedia sales person required to manage and maximise revenue and market share from an allocated set of media agencies, who can confidently and pro-actively build strong relationships at all levels and whilst championing your brand and delivering on excellent customer service
*Manage the daily relationship with agency buyers and trade within internal yield/volume parameters.
*Define growth objectives for the agency portfolio through an articulate business plan.
*Adopt a thorough and analytical approach to sales.
*Produce accurate analytical and financial information when requested.
*Build a strong internal and external profile.
*Strong awareness of competitor activity
You will have extensive experience in a media sales capacity with a good understanding of agency sales in print and digital advertising.
You must have extensive West End Agency sales Experience, ideally with contacts.
You will be able to demonstrate;
*Solid account management skills.
*Good analytical/numerical ability.
*Strong negotiation skills.
*Excellent presentation skills.
*Good communication skills and have the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
*Lateral thinker and problem solver.
*Familiarity with media research systems (NRS, TGI).
You will have a positive outlook and a general passion for the media industry. This role is expected to lead to a man management role in the near future and so leadership qualities will be expected
