Our client is a rapidly growing lead generation media company with an energetic and entrepreneurial spirit. Profitable year over year for the past four years, they experienced explosive growth by 100 percent last year and look to expand their team another 50 percent in 2013/14 across the US and UK.
They are a leading provider of data powered lead solutions for world class B2B advertisers and provide sales and marketing teams with a suite of lead solutions to maximize reach, efficiency and effectiveness for campaigns across industry verticals.
Role summary / Role purpose and you
As Head of Sales of the UK/EMEA you will be a high level individual sales contributor reporting directly to the General Manager UK. You will be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of sales within the UK & EMEA. You should be someone who is creative, resourceful and aggressive in their approach, with International experience and be ability to sell strategically. You will grow manage an internal sales team and develop your own portfolio of clients externally, as part of your role.
The client is looking for individuals who can boast experience of consistently over-performing in a solution sales role and who can demonstrate experience of generating their own new business.
This opportunity would appeal to individuals with an entrepreneurial streak, from possibly a fast-paced SME background or from a large corporate looking for a more operationally autonomous position.
You will manage selling activities for the enterprise accounts and agencies in the UK and EMEA delivering revenue against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

You should have around 5+ years’ direct sales experience in an ad media sales environment consistently over achieving quota with experience selling Demand (Lead) Generation & Display. Educated to a degree level, you will have a passion for customer success with the ability to communicate that passion effectively in person and over the phone.
