We are currently seeking an Account Manager for the UK based in London and reporting to the VP, Account Management, EMEA & APAC. As a member of the Account Management team, the technology Account Manager is the key and critical point of contact between the company and our Open AdSystem technology clients.   Always acting as the client advocate and main goal being customer satisfaction, the Account Manager will interact with numerous departments such as, but not limited to, technical support, product management, engineering, training and marketing to achieve the goals of both the client and the company.  Product and continuous industry knowledge with excellent customer service is a foundation for success.  


  1. Develop and maintain relationships with assigned technology accounts in market on frequent basis, on-site when required, with ultimate goal of client retention
  2. Share responsibility for client retention and growth by proactively identifying client risks and opportunities, as well as communicating this knowledge to management as needed
  3. Maintain an exceptional level of customer service while acting as the client advocate
  4. Understand client business and 24/7 Media products to consult and drive potential revenue opportunities to increase overall account and company revenue
  5. Act as project manager for all customised requests and coordinate all training and consulting services for existing accounts
  6. Communicate directly with other departments to resolve client issues, e.g. Technical Support on day-to-day issues; Product management and Engineering about any software bugs found in field; Systems Group for escalated issues on ASP products
  7. Create and deliver client communication for new releases, product downtimes, new modules/partnerhips, product updates, meeting notes/action items, etc.
  8. Work independently (and in coordination with sales team when applicable) on annual renewals, upselling of additional products, modules, and partnerships
  9. Work with Marketing to establish press releases, case studies and any other applicable marketing requests that may arise
  10. Technical adaptability to learn all existing and new product lines and manage implementation
  11. Collect product feedback and escalate via Product Management to provide input on product evolution and roadmap

  5. Must be technically knowledgeable with strong attention to detail and follow up

  7. Ability to act in a sales capacity to uncover revenue opportunities and drive potential upsell opportunities to close
  8. Ability to succeed both independently and as part of a team


  1. BA/BS from an accredited 4 year college/university
  2. 3+ years experience in publisher-focused and/or technology industry (Ad Operations, Traffic or Client Services preferred, OAS experience a PLUS!)
  3. Proficiency in all Microsoft products
  4. Account Management, Sales and/or Project Management experience helpful
  5. Ability to travel when required and work flexible hours
