Advertising Operations Executive – The Week
Dennis Publishing Ltd is one of the UK’s Top 10 magazine and online publishers and is currently one of the most innovative, successful and respected publishers across the world. The company has launched and owned some of the world’s biggest global magazine brands – including Evo, The Week, PC Pro and Viz.
Our office is slap bang in the heart of London’s West End – situated parallel to Charlotte Street with its many bars and restaurants and five minutes from Soho and London’s media hub.
To its 400 employees, Dennis is like a family – we’re a very sociable company – and you can feel it in the atmosphere the minute you walk through the door past our fish tank. It continues right up through our modern, bright and vibrant offices where the majority of our magazines are produced.
You will be responsible for all ad serving, trafficking and campaign management of The Week website advertising through all West End agencies and direct clients. The role includes the production cycle of managing all booked ad campaigns, implementing orders within our current ad server DFP and trafficking all ads.
You will also be responsible for checking and optimising all campaigns through to successful delivery. In conjunction with the digital sales team, you will ensure that all campaigns are implemented correctly, delivered on target and on time and that every campaign is optimised throughout.

This also allows you the opportunity to work closely with the relevant vendors.
